RepTrack — Privacy Policy

    Summary: RepTrack stores all your workout data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal information. The only external service we use is Google Play for subscription billing.
  

1. Introduction

Welcome to RepTrack, a gym workout logging application developed and operated by Valkyrra Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

By using RepTrack, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

RepTrack is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information:

Data stored locally on your device:

Workout history (exercises, sets, reps, weights)
Personal best records
Custom exercises you create
Rest timer preferences
Workout notes

This data never leaves your device and is stored using Android's local storage (AsyncStorage). It is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Data we do NOT collect:

Your name or email address
Your location or GPS data
Your contacts or phonebook
Camera or microphone access
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or behavioural tracking

3. Subscriptions and Payments

RepTrack offers an optional Pro subscription (RepTrack Pro) that unlocks additional features. All payments are processed securely by Google Play and managed via RevenueCat.

We do not store your payment card details
All billing is handled entirely by Google Play
RevenueCat is used to verify your subscription status
Your subscription can be managed or cancelled at any time via your Google Play account

4. Third-Party Services

RepTrack uses the following third-party services:

Google Play Billing
Used to process subscription payments. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat
Used to manage and verify subscription entitlements. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics platforms, or tracking tools.

5. Data Storage and Security

All workout data is stored locally on your Android device using AsyncStorage. This data is protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms. We do not have access to your workout data as it is never transmitted to our servers.

If you uninstall the app or clear the app's data, all locally stored workout information will be permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

RepTrack is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has used RepTrack, no personal data will have been collected by us, as all data remains on the device.

7. Your Rights

Since RepTrack stores all data locally on your device, you have full control:

Access: All your data is visible within the app
Deletion: Use "Clear All Data" in Settings to permanently delete everything
Portability: Your data stays on your device at all times
Subscription cancellation: Cancel anytime via Google Play Settings

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of RepTrack after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
